Introduction

General Affairs Division provides essential services to the WFU campus with a wide variety of ranges, supporting its normal operation and enhancing the quality of environment of learning, researching and living.

The office is composed of three divisions, namely Division of Facilities Management, Division of General Affairs & Maintenance, and Division of Payroll. The goal of the office of General Affairs is to establish an efficient and ethical service team, so as to provide a superior teaching and research environment to all the faculty and students. Our concept is to use ISO procedures to maintain effective, courteous, and professional manner.

    Major Duties
  1. Processing affairs of General Affairs office synthetically.
  2. Planing businesses of General Affairs office and supervise works of General Affairs office.
  3. Economizing the cost of general affairs.
Office of General Affairs, Division of General Affairs

The office is responsible for exercising procurement of computer software and hardware for academic and administrative purposes, assigning jobs, dispatching vehicles, supervising subordinates, managing transportation, insurance of faculty, students, and staff, and security and hygiene of campus.

    Major Duties
  1. Management of conference rooms of administrative buildings.
  2. Jobs assignment and subordinates supervision.
  3. Coordination of campus security enhancement.
  4. Procurement.
  5. Dispatching of vehicles.
  6. Granting of campus parking certificates.
Office of General Affairs, Division of General Affairs

The office is responsible for executing procurement, assigning jobs, dispatching vehicles, supervising subordinates, managing transportation, insurance of faculty, students, and staff, and security and hygiene of campus, and affairs of civil engineering, architecture, elevators, the engineering graph of newly affiliated constructions, appraisal, contract, supervision, and acceptance. In addition, the maintenance of buildings, public equipments, and enviroment on campus is included.

    Major Duties

  1. Management of conference rooms of administrative buildings.
  2. Jobs assignment and subordinates supervision.
  3. Coordination of campus security enhancement.
  4. Procurement.
  5. Dispatching of vehicles.
  6. Granting of campus parking permit.
  7. Dealing with the affairs of civil engineering, architecture, elevators, the engineering graph of newly affiliated constructions, appraisal, contract, supervision, and acceptance.
  8. The maintenance of buildings, public equipments, and environment on campus according to the related regulations.
  9. Implementing the specific projects and budget.
  10. Maintenance and amending water and electric facilities.
Office of General Affairs, Division of Management

The office is responsible for managing the movable property and real estate. In addition, the implement of annual MOE (Minister of Education) project for integral development of private universities is also one of the main tasks.

    Major Duties
  1. Management of movable property.
  2. Management of real estate.
  3. Renting and lending of graduation cap and gown.
  4. The implement of annual MOE project for integral development of private universities.
  5. Office accessories supply.
Office of General Affairs, Division of Payroll

The division is responsible for the receipt, withdraws, deposits and account management of cash, checks, and marketable securities for University funding. This includes the salary distribution of the teaching and faculty employee and other funds. It is also responsible for the deductions of withholding returns of all the legally requirement taxation.

    Major Duties
  1. Collections of tuitions and general expense payment.
  2. Management of salaries
  3. Renting and lending of graduation cap and gown.
  4. Preparation of withholding exemption certificate for staff and faculty.
  5. Management of small amount of money.
